A tribal relic can be the skeleton of a beloved or fierce Chieftain or maybe a an item of power; a relic imbued with the puissance of the crow, the serpent or whatever guise the Chaos Gods decide to use to appear before their willing worshippers. No matter the form, when it glows it calls to them and so the tribes come, for they know their master has need of them.
