In-game description[ | ]

The Liche Priests of the Mortuary Cult have left their necropoli in search of servants to aid them in their holy work; the incantations of preservation must be maintained and furthered. However, not everyone is a suitable candidate for such work. Who can we spare?

Requirements[ | ]

Trigger timing[ | ]

  • As soon as all requirements are met there is a random chance the dilemma will trigger immediately.

Options[ | ]

Option 1: A few bones and bodies[ | ]

  • Servants Sent Magic
    • Turns remainingCampaign turns: 10
    • Miscast base chance Spell ability: -8% (all armies)

I am sure we can spare some few extra bodies to ease the Liche Priests' burden.

Our many bound servants have been busied labouring for our greatness, but we can spare a small number to labour at our venerable Liche Priests' behest.

Option 2: Many bones and bodies[ | ]

  • Canopic JarsCanopic jars: -40
  • Sufficient Servants Magic
    • Turns remainingCampaign turns: 10
    • Miscast base chance Spell ability: -20% (all armies)
    • Winds of Magic starting amount Magic: +20

The Liche Priests' work is for the benefit of all Nehekhara - give them all the resources they require.

Without the tireless work of the Liche Priests, the Tomb Kings would not be properly preserved and adequately prepared for their glorious reawakenings. We must give the Mortuary Cult that which they ask, lest their great work be halted!
