Thorek Ironbrow is a 
Dwarfs Legendary Lord unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer II with The Hammers & Herdstones Update as a free DLC. In the campaign, he leads the 
Ironbrow's Expedition faction.

Wheeling forwards atop the storied Anvil of Doom, the legendary Runelord Thorek Ironbrow works amidst the roar of battle, hammering powerful magic into the ancient runes of the Dwarfs. The Dawi have suffered through an age of terror and loss, battling against the hordes of enemies that have sought to chip away at their proud legacy. Yet on the perilous shores of Lustria, Thorek Ironbrow hopes to unearth the key to their revival. Powerful and ancient Relics of the Ancestors - long ago stolen from the Dwarfs - are said to lie hidden on the Continent. Using the Dammaz Kron as his guide, Thorek is resolved to find them and with their might, reclaim the greatness of centuries past.

An armour-piercing Runelord with a map wide melee attack boost and shorter cooldowns on his Runes. On the Anvil of Doom, he becomes a tanky combatant that is an anchor piece for the Dawi that can also go toe to toe with enemy Lords and heroes. His unique hammer weapon allows him to call down lightning, affording him a degree of crowd clearing/pinpoint damage on a large target. Overall, a very useful Lord that is the best choice if you want to make use of Runes.
