Grom the Paunch is a Greenskins legendary lord introduced in The Warden and the Paunch paid DLC for Total War: Warhammer II. In the campaign, he leads the Broken Axe faction.

In battle, he rides a Wolf Chariot (he is always mounted, and cannot dismount) and is proficient in melee.

Description[edit | edit source]

We'z just warmin' up! - Grom the Paunch

His immensity, his enormousity, Grom the Paunch of Misty Mountain is a Goblin Warboss of great size and greater appetite. Grom's hunger once led him to swallow uncooked Troll meat. The Troll meat constantly regenerates inside Grom's large belly, causing it to swell even larger. Grom has a particular love of killing Elves, and in Total War: Warhammer II he seeks to lead a large Waaagh! to raze the land of Yvresse (the place of his former defeat). Grom won't stop until he has krumped every pointy-ear, including their leader Eltharion.

Attributes[edit | edit source]

  • Armoured: Armoured units can block damage from any source apart from Armour-Piercing damage.
  • Anti-Infantry: Anti-infantry units have an advantage against targets that are smaller than a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against small targets, superior weight used to smash through lighter enemies, or an explosive attack from range that effects a large area.
  • Regeneration: Regeneration allows a unit to heal while in battle. Fire is known to harm this healing process, so be warned that flaming attacks will cause more damage to units with Regeneration.
