High King is an ability unique to Thorgrim Grudgebearer.
The High King is the embodiment of the Karaz Ankor. Should he be wounded or even fall then the Dwarfs will rise in a vengeful rage

Strategy
This gives Frenzy to a Dawi army whenever Thorgrim drops below 50% health. Given that Dwarfs do not lack for defensive combat stats, it is generally in damage and melee attack that their units struggle. This does a strong job of shoring that weakness up. The charge bonus is negligible as most Dwarf units have a charge bonus under 30 (30*.08=2.4 increase to charge bonus).
