Judas Priest is an exclusive dilemma for the Tomb Kings racial factions introduced in Total War: Warhammer II.
This lesser of two evils principle forces the player to chose a temporaryfactionwide penalty, either a major hero action cost increase; or a moderate enemy hero action success chance bonus.
In-game description[ | ]
Liche Priests should live only to serve their king's undying will. Betrayal should be anathema to their order, yet one among their number has betrayed us by conspiring with a rival Tomb King. How should we proceed?
Requirements[ | ]
- Player is a Tomb Kings racial faction
Trigger timing[ | ]
- As soon as all requirements are met there is a random chance the dilemma will trigger immediately.
Options[ | ]
Option 1: Bury him![ | ]
Let's see how he views the concept of loyalty one thousand years hence!
One thousand years confined to his tomb, with maybe just a few scarabs and scorpions for company, should teach this treacherous cleric the error of his ways!
Option 2: Ignore him[ | ]
In the final analysis, he is our servant: he will feel an overwhelming urge to obey!
Let him talk, allow him his intrigue and scheming, for in the end everyone serves their Unliving liege, one way or another.
Trivia[ | ]
- The dilemma's title, Judas Priest, is also the name of a heavy metal band from the United Kingdom. It refers to the Liche Priest who betrays the player, similar to Judas from the Bible.
