Mirror Guard (Chaos Warriors) are a

Daemons of Chaos and 
Slaanesh Regiment of Renown melee infantry unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer for the Foundation Update.

Description[ | ]
Answering the call of Chaos, many a great fighter has journeyed to the frozen north to throw in their lot with the hordes that muster in the Wastes. They do so because they feel a deep connection with the Ruinous Powers, evident by some form of corruption affecting the minds, bodies, or both. Once pledged, they have no need of food, drink or sleep, for they are nourished by the carnage they wreak. They have nothing but contempt for the weak and the cowardly and go about the business of murder with a vengeance, for there is always a part of the warrior who was that rages against the Chaos Warrior he has become.

- ▲ Armoured & Shielded: Armoured units can block damage from any source apart from Armour-Piercing damage. Shields have a chance of blocking arrows, bolts, rifle shots and similar small arms fire - but only in a forward facing arc.

These Chaos Warriors are a strong anchor to a Chaos front line thanks to the Mark of Slaanesh, they receive a speed boost that makes them fast among the usual slow moving Chaos troops. They are also Immune to Psychology so they will not buckle to Fear and Terror, allowing them to stay in the fight longer against scary units. They also provide a +10 to Melee Defence to Lords and Heroes with Supreme Vanity making them excellent bodyguards.
In Multiplayer, they are used often as a strong point among Marauders and other Chaos Warriors that won't be scared off the battlefield by Fear or Terror.
