Pilgrims of Myrmidia is a Rogue army faction introduced in Total War: Warhammer II.
They appear if the player is playing as a Tomb Kings faction, they will be holding a Book of Nagash.
They have the same crest as the Black Creek Raiders, Dwellers of Zardok, and Eyes of the Jungle who all also hold a Book of Nagash.
Their leader Jean Du Bain was named after John Bain (also known as TotalBiscuit and CynicalBrit), a prominent youtube personality, businessman and game critic. Bain was a fan of the Warhammer Fantasy universe and played the Total War: Warhammer series. A few months after Pilgrims of Myrmidia were added to TWW2, Bain passed away from cancer which he had been fighting for several years.
Strategy[edit | edit source]
This Book can be troublesome to get, as the army stays at sea circling Ulthuan. If you engage them on the water, the battle will have to be auto-resolved, so bring a very powerful army (or three) to fight them. Alternatively, you may declare war on them and hope they come to you on land.
