Plundered Dwarfen Treasury is a Special Landmark in Total War: Warhammer II located in Karak Eight Peaks. In Total War: Warhammer II it could only be constructed by 
Clan Mors, but in Total War: Warhammer III it's available to all 
Skaven factions.
