It only takes a bit of light flogging and denial of shore leave for a less-than-stellar reputation to develop.

Trusty Montford is a Vampire Coast Vampire Coast Unique Lord unit introduced in Total War: Warhammer II with Curse of the Vampire Coast, available in campaign only.

Recruitment[ | ]

  • After completing the research for Disreputable Admiral, select any Settlement or Lord that has access to Shipbuilding and recruit him in the Lord Recruit tab

Attributes[ | ]

  • Wh main lore vampires Wizard
  • Spellcaster: This unit can cast spells.
  • Armour-Piercing Melee: The damage of armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
  • Anti-Large: Anti-Large: Anti-large units have an advantage against targets that are at least as large as a horse. This advantage can be a Modifier icon bonus vs largedamage bonus against large targets or an attack that focuses on a very small area. However, some units are simply better against large targets because their attacks are slow and easy to dodge by skilled melee combatants.
  • Aquatic: Where other units of small stature struggle to fight and move in shallow water, Aquatic units excel.

Strategy[ | ]

  • Trusty is a good first pick for a Legendary Admiral who is going to be active on the map (not just a government officer slot). He will help you farm magic items and uses the Lore of Vampires which is the overall strongest lore for Admirals.
