Strategy
This is not the same as Sunder Armour which simply removes 30 armour, this removes 50% of an enemies armour. This puts a unit of Empire Knights at 110 armour down to 55 armour. That is a massive debuff that makes a heavily armoured unit much easier to kill. Obviously this would be less effective versus a unit with low armour. For example Spearmen (High Elves) have 40 armour meaning being hit by this effect drops them to 20 armour. Conversely, if they were hit by Sunder armour, they would have 10 armour remaining. As you can see, this effect is best applied to highly armoured units than lightly armoured ones.
