The World's Edge Mountains are a region that appears in campaign mode in the Total War: Warhammer series. It is a collossal mountain range that runs north-south, forming the eastern border of The Old World. In the far north, it joins to the Goromandy Mountains, Gianthome Mountains and the various mountains of the Norscan peninsula. In the far south, it divides The Southlands in two. The northern parts of the range are snowcapped all year, while the southern sections contain many volcanoes.
The World's Edge Mountains are mostly inhabited by Dwarfs and Greenskins factions, along with some Skaven.
The mountains appear in The Old World campaign, Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires.
Despite their name, the World's Edge Mountains do not actually form the edge of the world. To the east of the range are the Dark Lands, Mountains of Mourn and Far East.
