In the time before Sigmar, it was often customary for tribal Chieftains to be buried with their vast wealth, intending to impress their primitive gods in the afterlife. Such naivety has proven a boon for Dark Magic users many centuries later, who have been able to summon these entombed warriors back to life and raid the ancient armouries within.
