Monsters of the Sea is a sea corpse treasure hunt introduced in Total War: Warhammer II.

The sea has given up the bloated corpse of a large monster that dwelled deep under the ocean. Crew are sent across to hazard upon the beast's rotting flesh, avoiding fleshy sumps and has pockets. However, within is cavernous bowels, trinkets and treasures can be found. Even the decaying organs and bones of the creature will have some value and gain the fleet status for such an infamous find.
