This army ability can be gained:
- When a Tomb Kings army enters Entombed Beneath the Sands stance, that army can use Sand Veil until they enter another stance.
- When a Tomb Kings faction uses the Great Incantation of Khsar, all their armies can use Sand Veil for the duration of the rite.
