Templehof is a minor Vampire Counts faction introduced in Total War: Warhammer.
They act as an early-game enemy for Vampire Counts and Von Carstein players.
Background
This town in Sylvania, bordering the imperial province of Stirland is named for its famed temple of Morr, which has not seen a priest in 800 years. The current township's Burgermeister is Vancel von Templehof and recently a cabal of wizards from The Light Order in Templehof have taken residence in Templehof.[1]
In the Total War: Warhammer games however, the town of Templehof is under control by a faction of Vampire Counts.

Trivia
Zelig van Kruger is the ruler of Templehof and is a generic Master Necromancer lord. What's interesting is that he is the only Lord of its type, resulting in such a minor faction as Templehof basically having unique voice lines in diplomacy.
